The Washington Post is making a Trump culture war more evident in the shift to the right through conservative recruitment.
Eric Blair tweeted:
The Washington Post’s New Appointment: Jason Wilk, a Trump culture-war conservative who has previously worked for WSJ Opinion, Nationalist Review, and the right-wing Am Interest.

Here is the type of article that Wilk brought to the post:
More Trump Content – For Clicks
More trolling for clicks is liberal.

In 2021, it was reported that officials at The Washington Post were concerned that the paper was moving too far to the left, so Biden’s negative coverage and more Trumpist contributors were hired.
The Washington Post is not worried about information and facts but is counting on appeals for clicks
The fundamental problem with what’s happening at The Washington Post and other mainstream outlets is that they’re putting truth and information behind calculations to apply for clicks and revenue.
Give the media that shares your value and puts the information before the click.

There is no need for the Washington Post to think about whether the paper is left or right. The primary purpose of the paper should be to provide information and to inform the readers.
Both sides develop in the corporate media because organizations like The Post, which is described as a very top-down structure, aka Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman are not all the presidents. Posts are a big corporation, and they need to create readings and clicks to make money.
The post is pinning for the return of Donald Trump, who has legitimized corporate media by treating them as if they were the only media that existed or was counted.
The left-wing look of many of these corporate firms is simply marketing. The reality is that if unnecessary bidding criticism is clicked, The Washington Post and others will go there, but their goal is not to let you know, but like any other corporation, the sole purpose is to make money.
